My name is Alyx Beaudoin (they/them), I am an editor and writer, striving for a future where stories are shared with love and acceptance.I am a Professional Writing and Communications Graduate Certificate student at Humber College.
I have an undergraduate background in the field of language, linguistics and literature that lends me expertise in my work of copy and developmental editing. I specialize in creative writing and fiction novel editing, supported by my foundational experience in university-level proofreading and peer review.
I love problem and puzzle solving and I love the nuances of communication through written language. Take those two things and editing makes for the perfect love child that provides me with a playground to mess with language until it suits my perfectionism.
